Sub ohm kits offer a wider range of functionality and performance. Most will be compatible with higher VG (thicker, smoother and producing more vapour) liquids which is usually the next step once you're not missing cigarettes anymore. These liquids often give much better flavour but will only be tasted with a decent device, usually capable of sub ohm vaping.
